Nashville prosecutors are seeking a sentence of life in prison without the chance for parole for alleged Waffle House shooter Travis Reinking, a Morton native. 

A civil lawsuit against the father of the man accused of fatally shooting four people at a Waffle House in Nashville last year is moving forward.

A woman whose son was one of four people killed at a Waffle House in Tennessee has filed a $100 million wrongful death lawsuit against the suspect and his father.

The Metro Nashville Police Department has announced that the Antioch Waffle House shooting suspect, 29 year-old Travis Reinking of Morton, Illinois, has been apprehended.  Via Twitter, officials confirmed Reinking was nabbed in a wooded area several miles from the crime scene.
