The Libertarian candidate for Illinois governor, who's campaigned against the state's child-support system, engaged in a shouting match with a judge about money he owes his ex-wife and access to child visitation.
The Navy Seal killed during the January 28th raid on al-Qaida in Yemen was 36-year-old chief petty officer, William "Ryan" Owens of Peoria. That’s according to the Defense Department. Owens died of wounds sustained in the Saturday raid. He was a 1998 graduate of Illinois Valley Central. Congresswoman Cheri Bustos says our nation owes Owens and his family deepest and heartfelt gratitude.
